Laurie & Scott

Whew! Trying to keep us with this blog is serious work! We've been so busy, but I'm not complaining!! We were so honored to capture Laurie and Scotts intimate wedding in Historic Downtown Charleston on April 26th 2008. It was a very small ceremony, just family and close friends, but it was one of the most beautiful weddings we've been apart of. It was very cool to see two families become one. Laurie and her 2 daughters and Scott with his son and 2 daughters will make the most awesome family! Thank you again Laurie and Scott for choosing us to capture your special day!!

Jeff and Liz

We got to shoot the second part of their Engagement Session a few weeks back. We have been so busy I haven't had a chance to get them up on here. That's a good thing right?!?! lol. We had a blast walking around Historic Downtown Charleston finding neat little spots to shoot at. It was a nice breath of fresh air for our creativity. There's nothing funner than shooting on the fly. After a few hours there we headed down to "The Edge Of America", also known as Folly Beach. We caught a beautiful sunset and had some fun with a few action jumping pictures. Afterwards we settled down to a delicious dinner at the Folly Beach Crab Shack. Thank you two for dinner!! Next is the bridals........stay tuned!

Brandy and Seans Wedding April 12th 2008

Today we shot Brandy and Seans Wedding in Goose Creek, SC. These two have to be the most fun couple I've met in a long time! They crack me up to no end. They got married in a beautiful church and had their reception at the Red Bank Club in Goose Creek. Brandy had the cutest little flower girls!! We got to meet Sean's uncles from Scotland and it was clear where Sean got his "wittiness" from! It was a pleasure to meet them all. Though we had a little shower late in the day, nothing could dampen the joy that was flowing inside!! Congratulations Sean and Brandy!! And by the way, we had a blast at the "After Party"!!!

Alicia and Anthonys Wedding March 22nd 2008

Wow, it's been one crazy ride the past few weeks for us!! It's like being on a train that is going 2oomph!! Well, now that we can slow down and catch our breath, it's time to get the blog caught up on everything!

I'll start with the wedding of Alicia and Anthony. They are friends of ours and we were lucky enough to shoot their wedding. It was a picture perfect day out on Folly Beach, SC. "The edge of America" as they like to call it. They sky was spectacular everyone had an awesome time. We were able to catch a beautiful sunset and it seemed the perfect ending to a perfect day. We wish Alicia and Anthony nothing but the best in the future and look forward to capturing more memories of their family in the future!!

Heather and Ryan

I got to spend sometime with Heather and Ryan this past weekend. I will be covering their wedding in May. It started out a beautiful day but winter isn't done with Charleston just yet! By 5pm it was SO cold!! Poor Heather was freezing, but you can't even tell in any of the pictures! I'm looking forward to the big day!

Trip to The Children's Museum of The Lowcountry

We took a trip to The Children's Museum of The Lowcountry in Downtown Charleston today. Seeing that both my girls love to draw and do crafts, we thought they would get a kick out of going. This place is really cool. There was so much to do in this not so big place! I reccommend taking your young ones if you live nearby! And if you can, please make a donation, big or small. It's for our children!!

TinkerBell and Snow White

Well the 2 new additions to our family have finally arrived. Tinkerbell and Snow White, aka Tink and Snowy, are miniature dachshunds. My mother in law breeds them and sends them to happy homes. We were one of the lucky families. The original plan was to only bring home TinkerBell, but with 2 daughters that is almost impossible. My girls have two totally different personallities, so getting one dog that fits them both wasn't going to happen. It's great though, watching my girls play with their new puppies brings me as close to being that age again as possible. Here are a few "glamour shots" of the girls. BTW, my daughters named them, so no wise cracks on the names! lol.
